2026 Professional Excellence Award Nomination Form
The Professional Excellence Stream Award recognises the individual effort by a member who has shown outstanding professional performance.

Please consider the following criteria in your nomination and citation.

· Outstanding leadership in the profession.

· Outstanding personal performance or support to profession.

· Outstanding application of knowledge to the profession.

All nominations will go to each Stream executive where the Outstanding winner will be chosen and put forward for the McRae Supreme Award. The Outstanding winners in each Stream category and the McRae Supreme Award winner will be announced at the S+SNZ Conference GSI Awards Evening in Auckland, Thursday 10 September 2026.
